In our arsenal there is a series of gearless winches for elevators with a lifting capacity of 400, 630 and 1000 kg with a movement speed of 1.0 and 1.6 m / s. The winch is installed directly into the elevator shaft and, compared to a traditional winch, saves space, is lightweight and is adapted to the requirements of modern architecture.
Advantages of gearless winches:
– permanent magnets create a magnetic field without the consumption of electricity to magnetize the magnetic system of the motor;
– the starting current is halved in comparison with the gear winch, which makes it possible to reduce heat losses in the supply wires of the electrical network;
– in comparison with a gear drive, the use of a gearless drive based on a permanent magnet synchronous motor in elevators makes it possible to reduce the total energy consumption of the elevator by 30%;
– permanent magnet gearless drive does not involve the use of machine oil, which avoids leakage and reduces maintenance costs;
