Powder coating

The company has a powder coating line that provides complete processing of metal products in large quantities and at the highest level, the quality corresponds to the corrosion resistance category C4 (high) in accordance with the ISO 12944 standard.

The coating of metal parts painted in this way is much more resistant to environmental influences (corrosion) and mechanical damage. The color is adapted to climates with industrial pollution, as well as seaside climates with a high salt content.

The technological process provides for the coating of parts with powder paint based on polyester or epoxy polyester resins for both outdoor and indoor use. Before applying powder paint, the metal is treated with an alkaline solution, phosphatization and zinc passivation.

The parts dry, then polyester (outer type) or polyester + epoxy (inner type) are applied, which are shock-resistant and also resistant to adverse environmental conditions (also UV radiation).

Sealing

The sealing device is designed to apply a two-component elastic sealing material to various surfaces. A polyurethane-based material is used for the seal. This sealing technology is mainly used for sealing electrical cabinets and various enclosures.

A sealing system of this type is much more resistant to both physical and chemical attack, for example, with large fluctuations in temperature, the properties of the seal and insulation do not change. The temperature can range from -40 C ° to +120 C ° and for a short time up to +160 C °.

  • The compaction process is very fast, since the application speed is 20-30 m / min with good foam quality;
