Electric lifts
The cabin is welded from quality steel profiles, the lower part of the walls is protected with aluminum sheet, the upper part is made of impact-resistant polycarbonate. The entrance and exit doors of the cab are vertically sliding with electromechanical control of their closing; the doors can only be opened at a stop.
The drive unit is located on a carriage above the cab roof and consists of two (for a hoist with a lifting capacity of 1500 kg) or three (for a hoist with a lifting capacity of 2000 kg) gearboxes equipped with electric motors with a normally closed electromagnetic brake. The gears of the drive unit interact with a toothed rack attached to the mast sections. If necessary, the brakes can be released manually.
The catcher belongs to the main safety devices. The lifts are equipped with a smooth braking safety device (frictional) driven by a built-in centrifugal speed limiter. The speed limiter activates the safety device when the nominal downward speed of the cab is exceeded within 15-40%. A switch is installed inside the safety device, which disconnects the electrical safety circuit of the lift when the safety device is triggered.
The mast section is a 1508 mm high rectangular prismatic structure welded from round tubes. Connecting size at pipe centers 650 x 650 mm. A toothed rack is attached to each section. The section has a corrosion-resistant hot zinc coating.
Safety switches and limit switches.
The electrical components used in the lift and the limit and safety switches ensure safe and trouble-free operation. All switches are protected against mechanical stress and moisture at least IP54.
The lift is controlled in the operating mode from the cab and the lift can only move and stop at the command of the operating personnel. Stopping the lift car at the desired site is carried out by pressing the “Stop at the next site” button after the car has passed the previous site. The lift control during installation work and safety catcher testing is carried out with the help of remote control panels.
Sidewalk cargo lifts
Hoists are designed to transport goods from one level to another in warehouse, retail and other buildings. They are used when it is necessary to exit the platform from the shaft through the hatch located in its upper part, and can be made in two versions:
- version 1: sidewalk cargo hoist with platform exit to the level of the upper stop;
- version 2: sidewalk cargo hoist with platform exit above the level of the upper stop.
Execution 1
Sidewalk cargo hoist with platform exit
to the level of the upper stop
Execution 2
Sidewalk cargo hoist with platform exit
above the level of the upper stop.
Hydraulic lifts
The hydraulic cargo lift is designed for the transportation of goods (unaccompanied by people) at construction sites, in warehouses, retail and other buildings from one level to another.
The lift operates from an alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 380 V. The lift can be operated in areas with a temperate and cold climate, and is designed to be installed in places with seismicity up to 6 points inclusive at an altitude of no more than 2000 m above sea level.
The lift is installed in the mine. It is possible to manufacture a lift, both with a non-walkable platform, and with a checkpoint. With a walk-through platform, the shaft doors can be located both on opposite sides and on adjacent ones, and it is also possible to design a lift with an exit to three sides.
